Morphic clothing is a blend of the natural and the super natural. A blend of who we are, where we are from and that little bit of magic that ties it all together. This page explains how Morphic clothing is designed and made. In the Site Menu on the righthand side is a drop down list where you can find information about Our Fabrics, Size Charts, Care Instructions, FAQ's, how to Find Us and Stockists. We are a friendly boutique clothing studio based in Christchurch, Aotearoa, New Zealand. We hand make inspiring clothing that is comfortable, quirky, earthy, urban and ethical. We use the best quality New Zealand made fabrics in cotton and merino, designed to last! Plus now all our postage both within New Zealand and World Wide is FREE! We strive to make clothing that embodies freedom and creativity. We achieve this by drawing design inspiration from the amazing landscapes of Aotearoa and the awesome interactions we have with the people and creatures in this beautiful land. We design our prints by hand becuase we love to draw. Refining them over time untill they look great and fit perfectly on our clothing designs.Then they are finished off on the computer and turned into screens for printing with. Once we have our unique designs sorted we hand pick the best quality New Zealand made fabric and draw together the most exciting colour combinations to create the range you can choose from. |

Once your order is placed, we chalk it in by hand on your chosen fabric colour from our precise tailored patterns, to your chosen measurements. We can adjust these to suit you best, for example you might need longer sleeves. We encourage you to work with us to get your garment to fit you perfectly. We know that buying clothing from the internet can be a bit scary, however we are very helpful and really want you to get the perfect sized garment. |

| Next up we take the pieces from your ordered garment that are to be printed into our screen printing room and print them in your chosen print and colour from our water based inks. The prints are then heat set so that they don't come out in the wash. |  |

Then we get on our excellent quality machines and sew your garment up for you. We take great attention to detail when constructing your garment. Next your garment is checked, trimmed and packaged ready to be delivered to you. At this stage we send you an email to let you know the estimated time of arrival. We hope you now understand a bit more about how we do things here... see, no sweat shops at all! AMAZING! |
