Can you make me a custom made/made to order garment?
Yes!! You can order a custom made garment. Choose your favourite colours, prints, hood shape and size. Then we'll get busy and make it up for you! To get started, click on the collection you want to view and select the style you like, then you have the option of buying one of the colour/print combinations we love, or making up your own!
Will I pay more for a custom made garment?
Nope, it’s exactly the same price. Pretty sweet huh?!
Can I pay by credit card online?
Yes, you sure can. We use paypal for credit card transactions. This service allows you to pay in the way you prefer including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances without sharing financial information. Basically it’s nice and safe.
I live in New Zealand and don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Just send us an email with what you'd like to order and we will get back to you with our bank account details. Once you have paid we will get into making up your awesome new garment.
How long does it take to receive my garment?
The Morphic process is this… Monday we cut out orders. Tuesday we print them. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we sew them up. Then the next Monday we distribute them. We post to you for free with Par Avion, International Air Mail which arrives to you with your normal postal delivery usually within 4 – 10 working days. This means within about 2 weeks.
NZ deliveries take usually a couple of days. So generally for international you are looking at 2 to 3 weeks from the time you place your order, NZ usually 1.5 to 2 weeks.
Sometimes we can get into your order super speedy. If you need something made up quicker… please just send us an email and we can see what we can do!!
The Morphic Guarantee
We like dealing with nice people and like people to be happy with the clothes we make. If the size you ordered does not fit, contact us and tell us what's up. Then return the garment to us in original condition (clean, unwashed and unused) with a postage paid bag included and we will recreate your order in the new size and post it back to you.
If the garment you recieve does not match your order or is faultily manufactured, contact us and tell us what's up. Then return it to us in the original condition (clean, unwashed and unused). We will post you the correct order and also reimberse you for postage costs incurred.
We want for this trade to be a pleasant experience for both parties, so we will do what we can to help as explained above, however no refunds are given.
